Has anyone been experiencing issues with sound in-game?

So, I've been noticing that my truck's horn hasn't been working in cities or near a group of other players in the Simulation 1 server of TruckersMP. Was this an intentional server-wide setting or is there something wrong with my client?

It's a known problem with the FMOD scs software recently added to the games.

I have actually noticed this issue myself. TMP could have did this on purpose, to reduce the amount of horns that are honking in traffic jams or busy areas. If you've been here long enough, you would understand why TMP put this in place, as it can get very annoying when everyone is honking at the same time in congested ares.

But also, I did hear there is some issue with something recently added to the game that is affecting this. If that's the case, they're probably already trying to sort it out.

I would be glad if TMP did change that intentionally; the constant horn use by some truckers, particularly in busy areas such as Duisburg and the Calais-Duisburg road, does get on my nerves sometimes.

At least my horn works out in the countryside!

I also think that the biggest delay of updating truckersmp to 1.38 is due to the back end changes and biggest part the FMOD.
