From the image you attached, I see you went into the "autosave_drive_9" folder. This is not the right folder - you must go into the "autosave" folder instead, as this contains your most recent save. To do this go to: Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\your profile that you want to edit\save\autosave . There you will also find a "game.sii" file, which when decrypted, should have all the text you need. Please inform me if this has helped you. Kind regards, [Plasma] Sergey.
