I find this kind of behavior not mature. IMHO, one should take responsibility for his mistakes. And to apologize is the minimum that one can ask for, alone for the reason of respect.

 

I will always report reckless behavior.
It is up to a game moderator to evaluate the incident and eventually to decide if and what punishment will be appropriate.

If I understand that it was done on purpose, I don't care if after 5 seconds he apologizes. I report him and byeee

I believe there is a pretty bright line between intentional and  accidental ramming. I myself can tell when someone did it on purpose or not. It also varies on my mood, sometimes I´ll just accept an apology and others not.
