Custom License Plates e.g (Different Colours for different Letters,Symbols Logos)

Does anyone  know how to get a license plate for their truck or trailer where they can add logos or symbols or maybe where you can put one letter red for example and then another one yellow or something. I have seen someone driving around with an Instagram and Twitter logo on his trucks plate he had a third one but I can't remember what is was. Then there was someone who had made the letters on his plate different colours. If someone could help me that would be great. Thanks.
