Leon Baker
I'm usually driving with my MAN 750hp and I can drive from Calais to Duisburg and back for 3-4 times until I need to get some fuel, so I think that's great.
Silent Death_53
I prefer scania and daf. But Scania's gas tank is better. Don't try to be different. just be good. To be good is different enough. Saygılarımla - Best regards -Silent Death_53 - Silent Death_53 TruckersMP
Hawkmusen
I'm glad I've been using the DAF XF105 for a long time.
Sabbi.
From personal experience i can say that the tank of the DAF lasts longer, closely followed by the scania. Both trucks have a large tank with which several thousand kilometers come (I do not really drive the other trucks so I can not give a real comparison except DAF and Scania). BrXEiZ
I prefer the new Daf with 750 hp engine. But new Scania's are good too.
FernandoCR [ESP]
Funny, talking about what truck will perform better in regards to longer distance with one tank and answers mentioning "750 HP engine". Well, not funny, just ridiculous. Think about cars. A Mustang with a V8 5.0 liters with 400 HP engine and 80 liters tank vs. a Volkswagen with a 1.8 120 HP engine and 80 liters tank. Which one do you think that will last longer before having to stop and refuel? Same thing with trucks. Best ones are those with 1400 l. tanks (AFAIK: Scania, Volvo, DAF euro 6 and MB new Actros, all of them with 4x2 chassis) and of course, lower engines, lower fuel consumption. A same truck with a 480 HP engine will drive longer than with a 730-750 HP engine by default.
