since lately i have seen where save editing is not allowed in some particular places , but in seeing this it have me thinking why  not making a server where mods is allowed  eg: mods only server    note: my english may be a bit off

There is a pretty good explanation why.
You have a mod and using it. I won't be able to see it just because i don't have it. In that case either i will need to get the mod too, or it should be imported to the server - which won't happen as the server will just drop (will be very "heavy") because of all these uploads.

Welcome to TMP's forums,

 

That still wouldn't be possible as any mod that would be used on that server would require everyone to download that particular mod in order for it to be seen by others or usable in the game. 

If each person just had 1 mod of choice there would be well over a million mods and people don't have the hard drive capacity. So in essence its just simply not feasible.

Man would have to know how much the TruckersMP costs sever monthly / yearly.
Nothing is more around these days.

If a Sever, (example Eu2) is 100 Euro per month, that is already a lot.

Therefore, this wish will not be fulfilled so quickly.
