hello

 

if i understand correctly,what you are saying about is 2 factor authentication.

 

This is not really an issue for you. It is only a message to inform you that your two-factor authentication is disabled which means your profile isn't as secure as it could be.

erm. thanks for the reply bit its just the opposite. it IS enabled.

Hello @PhantomHT

 

if you are asked to enter a 2FA code, it means you enabled 2FA before. Enabling 2FA involves scanning the QR code and entering the current 2FA code to prove that your app generates valid codes. So, you must have set it up on one of your devices before. If you no longer have access to said device and you did not write down the backup codes that are displayed in the 2FA section of your account settings, the only way to regain access to your account is writing a support ticket:
