Enabling 2FA involves scanning the QR code and entering the current 2FA code to prove that your app generates valid codes. So, you must have set it up on one of your devices before. If you no longer have access to said device and you did not write down the backup codes that are displayed in the 2FA section of your account settings, the only way to regain access to your account is writing a support ticket: https://www.truckersmp.com/support Please let us know if this answers your question.
