I work for hours but it does not happen.Email code I write everything right but give this error and please give emergency help

• First, set the game folder as the folder you selected when loading the game via Steam
• Don't using a Latin characters in your password. For example (ş, ü, ö, İ, ğ, ı, ç)
• Make sure you play the game for 2 hours.
• Copy and paste the password into a notebook.
• Steam family sharing should be turned off.
• Your membership to TruckersMP and your Steam membership must be on the same mail.
• You are using wrong email or password so try to reset your password from here.

• Delete the \win_x64 folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\, verify the integrity of game files from Steam and try again.

• If the problem is still not solved, create a ticket. https://truckersmp.com/support

1 ) Change your e-mail address. There is a known issue that some of the e-mail addresses do not work when logging into the MP client. Change your e-mail address of the account to one that will work with the MP client. An example would be Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail account.

In order to change your e-mail address, you need to contact Support team and have them change your e-mail address. Simply create a new ticket and ask them to change your e-mail address for your account.

2 ) Make sure that @ symbol is working when you're logging into MP. Sometimes it's easy to miss that you have not entered the @ symbol for your e-mail address when logging in. If that's the case, you need to either hold down ALT and type 64 (using numpad) to create the @ symbol, or copy and paste one into the login screen.

3 ) Make sure you're logging in with the correct Steam account (the one that is linked with your ETS2MP profile).

Another Option : 

1- Go your truckersmp profile from truckersmp.com
2- Click Account and click profile
3- Click settings and click checked games/dlc 

4- Click to "Check Games" to TruckersMP knows you have ets2. Dont forget your steam profile games privacy allowed to everyone.

Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on TruckersMP site. Try to reset your password and log in again. You should not use Family-Sharing. There are known issues if you use special characters such as ä,ö,ü or what ever whcih is not English default alphabet. Please try typing your password into notepad and copy it and then paste it into the password field using ctrl + v. (This may also apply for your email if it contains special characters)

Please follow my steps : 

- Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
- Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
- If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;  ------- TruckersMP - Account - Settings - Account Settings // https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings#account
- Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
- Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
- Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
- Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";   ----- : https://prnt.sc/j4gkew 

 
If none of the above works, then try these: 
 
1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
2) Write your password and mail into a text file
3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

my steam account is the same as the truckers mp account, there is no foreign character in the shuffle but it still gives the same error

So , you can try to do it ! 

Please follow my step : 

1. You go to Steam - Profile - Edit Profile - Privacy Settings -// From Public you can change on Private and restart it  

2.Then you again start the steam launcher and you again to change from Private on | Public .) as it was last time  :/ 

 

I recommend you restart your PC .

Account activation doesn`t affect in any way the login and ability to play the mod.

When you registered you should have received an activation email.
