Try doing these things:

1) Make sure your Steam profile is fully public
To do this: Goto your Steam Profile page > Edit profile
Then Make sure these options are picked.

Make sure you have selected the correct installation path for the game. Ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2.

 

Or

 

• Right click TruckersMP Launcher.
• Properties.
• Compatibility.
• Check "Run this program as administrator".

You have open steam, then edit profile, settings for visibility, and select public in both My profile and in game details, and un check keep my total game time private.
