Updates for "Server Status" page

Suggestion name: As title.

Suggestion description: Currently, the "Server Status" page is showing outdated and incorrect information, it should be updated so people know exactly what features each server has (more specifically, speed limits)

How I think it should be:

Why should it be added?: To avoid new players thinking that there's something wrong when they see that they can't accelerate further than 150 Km/h in EU#2. To make it clear that EU#2 is also limited (and that the limits in EU#1 are 60/110 and not 50/90, like lots of people seem to believe). Also, showing the limits in both Km/h and mph makes it clearer for all players, no need for conversions .
