Scania Streamline 730 V.8 8x2 run just with 144km/h?

Hey everyone, i have a question, today i bought a truck, Scania Streamline 730 V.8, 8x2 and run just with 144 km/h, anybody know why? I watch some videos on Youtube and top speed is 170km/h +. Need to change the chassins on 4x2 or 6x2?

You can go even faster than that if you go on, say, Need for Speed, Project Cars, F1 2017..

You can't go faster because of chassins. You have to change your chassins. Choose 4x2 and try it again, you'll see. 

*But, i do not recommend this. ETS 2 is simulator game, not racing or arcade as @[ST-LH] Cal said. Just keep it on your mind. Good luck!

I own a Scania R 8x4 and the topspeed is 160 km/h with trailer.

Please try to select the other 730 HP engine (Euro 5), both engines have the same topspeed but it depens on the chassis.

The gearboxes of trucks are not meant to enable fast speeds but rather efficient acceleration (based on the fact that they carry tonnes of weight).

You could try out different gearboxes but in the end you should play the game the way it's meant to be played.
