How can we get same trailer/delivery?

Hello there, me and my friends sometimes want to get the same delivery and the same trailer as a company and stuffs, but we seems that we can't find the same, even though we have the same level and skills, Would someone explain it to me please? and what's the solution to get the same cargo aka trailer and drive as a company.

As others have said use External contracts to get the same jobs, but make sure everyone goes into External contracts before selecting a job as sometimes if someone takes the job before another person goes into External contracts they won't have that job.

 

If you all want to have the same trailer I have mods that make most trailers one type and/or company if you want those but they wont get you the exact same job

You can use a program called vitual speeditor which creates jobs and you can use the trailer you want, send me a message if you want it
