Launcher stopped working

Hello, so recently I downloaded ETS2 SP, and I played it, and now that I downloaded the "ETS2 MP" I setup everything in places, and when I try to open the launcher it says "Launcher stopped working" and gives me two options:

1. Search windows for solutions and close the program

2. Close the program

I reinstalled the launcher 6 times and everytime it's the same problem.

Help?

Sorry for that everything not the same as it says at the computer screen, but I hope you understand what I mean.

Hello @EdvaLT Try to run the Launcher as administrator, if still doesn't work, it would help a lot if you upload a screenshot of the problem. Bye and happy trucking

hello @EdvaLT,Welcome to forums,please follow below steps

When you are trying to install the multiplayer launcher always check the games that you own and you have installed at the time being.
How do I find the correct, valid Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator) directory?

Step 1)
Go into your Steam Library, Right click on ETS2/ATS, then select 'Properties'.

Step 2)
Select 'Local Files' tab and then click 'Browse Local Files'.

Step 3)
Once the directory opens, copy that directory into your setup as the directory of Euro Truck Simulator 2/American Truck Simulator.

if you have ETS2 installed but you not own ATS then you must check ETS2 Multiplayer ONLY.

The default location folder for Euro Truck Simulator is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2" choose your path accordingly where you have installed steam.

Try to:

- Turn off antivirus
- Turn off firewall
- Run the TruckersMP as an administrator
- If you running Win7 make sure you have got service pack.
- If you are using mods then turn them off.

@EdvaLT -  If you running Win7 make sure you have got service pack.

hello @EdvaLT,The game supports 64-bit systems ONLY! You don't know what system are you running? Press the Windows key + Pause Break.


If you get the below error you are using 32-bit Windows


After this if it still crashes then try below steps
 

Solution: Try running TruckersMP launcher as an administrator.

 

Solution: Try to verify the integrity of the files via Steam. Guide

 

Solution: Go to Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator), delete config.cfg file and then launch the game.

 

Solution: Run a System file checker on your computer then launch the game in DirectX 64-bit mode. Guide

If your are still having the same problem then create a ticket for support team at https://support.truckersmp.com/

I tried everything that I seen in your coments and it still doesn't work, I will put a screenshot if it helps, but its in another language so I will translate some parts..

@Soryn Official I installed it today and it doesn’t do anything!  

@Merengue4ever C++ doesn’t work for me at all.
