Update windows and other drivers. Clean your computer. If all fails, get a new card. But first, do you have problem with other games too? I'm using a freshly-bought GTX 760. Temperature is stable at around 70 deg C during gameplay (all settings on maximum). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are "SNOW effect" given by MP mod. devs say it is feature called "Weather sync".
