how to get custom rank / about?

Hi all, I was just wondering how some people have custom ranks ? (eg : CrazyPillow has that thing above his name that says "Im crazy and i love pillows,ok?" (note: he actually said something along the lines of that. pls dont ban me online mods!)) 

how am I able to obtain those ranks / abouts / whatever they are called on the forums? Do I have to meet some requirement? 

(p.s. i call them abouts coz im comparing it from whatsapp if you now wht im talking about)

Hey @Pokeman. In order to get a custom forum title you will need to have a count of at least 500 posts.
