Hi my friend cant register on your site because it says that the already registered but he didnt or at least he dont remember. His steam is  https://steamcommunity.com/id/frewzythebest.

Could you please unregister him on this site or do something with it ? you can add him and he will prove u that he cant log in. Thanks

Normally for account related issues TruckersMP official support staff are the best people suited to dealing with problems like this.

 

Please tell your friend to submit a ticket over at : https://support.truckersmp.com/

If he already sent a ticket then he'll just have to wait. I know it is bothersome to wait but we have a lot of tickets to answer to on a daily basis so please, be patient. Sometimes it may take a little bit due to the high load of tickets we receive but we'll get to his, soon, be sure of that.

Hello, I have used SteamID lookup to your friends SteamID64 ( https://gyazo.com/5457c7eb8c1655fbf2e04e26423123b9 ) Then I entered it into @Clarkinator lookup find your friends TruckersMP as shown here ( https://gyazo.com/e0588dccfcaf4ea748918255e6934fb6 ) Sorry if this didn't help but it could help you with regaining control of his account!
