Add-on to this tutorial in case you are one of the people who probably ran into the same issue as me and scrolled through the comments to find the solutions:

If you are running into the problem where in your -> C:\Users\'YourUser'\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles or -> C:\Users\'YourUser'\Documents\AmericanTruck Simulator\profiles is empty or does not contain the save you wanted to modify, the problem might be because your Steam Cloud is enabled and its currently saving your data online instead of locally (aka, in your pc storage)

If your Steam Cloud is enabled, where you want to search instead is -> C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\userdata\'ABunchOfNumbers'\227300\remote\profiles\'TheSaveYouWant' And from here you can continue the tutorial above as now you will have the 'save' folder like it mentions in it.
Note: The 227300 number is for the ETS2 game. Its the unique identification for ETS2, like every game on Steam has. I currently don't know the steam identification number for ATS, so you might have to search for it if you have multiple games on Steam (installed or not, it will still be listed on the folder as another unique number if you have it in your library)

For ATS, the number is "270880".
