Speed limited

I not tried on SP to see if its a game issue though I have checked to make sure in SP my speed limiter is off as well. But no matter which MP server Im on for ATS or ETS2 I am constantly limited with speed at 90kph (ETS2) or 65mph (ATS) . My gameplay settings do have speed limiter off (and greyed out so i cant turn on anyway) yet I see other truckers go by faster than me. Any idea whats going on?

did you also make sure that the TMP speed limiter option is deactivated?

 

In order to check this, open your Tab menu, click the little yellow wheel and search for "Speed Limiter" -> Maybe this might help. I'm not entirely certain, however.

 

Nevertheless, could this also be caused by external contracts. If you attach and deliver those kinds of cargo, you cannot go faster than 90 kph.
