Unsupported game version

Hi TruckersMP,

 

One of my friends is having troubles and is experiencing a problem that i've not tried before.

I've now been trying to help him for the last 2 hours, with no luck.

 

He has the game on steam and the version of the game is 1.26.2.2 (misses the s).

it seems odd to me, because it's only an s missing for the right version, but his beta selector is on "NONE -..." as recommended by TruckersMP (For now)

 

Have any of you tried the same, so that you are able to help us?

Sadly we have tried all this, his version does say 1.26.2.2s, yet it still says unsupported gameversion.

Thanks for the advice, but it doesn't seem to help, we have tried that and it does say as mentioned above.
Have you ever heard of anything like that anywhere mate?

Alright, he is in.. 

Whatever it was, he needed to delete every single file, needed for both truckersmp and ETS2, installed it and then went in to the game, as i saw somebody wrote on the forum, wich we had tried before.

then installed TruckersMP.

 

And there it was!

i'm using the public_beta - 1.26 public beta for ETS2 and it's working for me. You tried this version already?

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think there is suppose to be an 's' you can try and use 1.26 for incompatible mods. But There shouldnt be an s I dont think
