Non-collision delay after leaving a non-collision-zone

Suggestion Name: Non-Collision delay

Suggestion Description: I like the idea of a delay after leaving a non-collision zone. So you can collide e.g. 4 seconds after leaving the zone, so there would not be as much chaos and accidents at exits.
Any example images: Nope.
Why should it be added?: It would prevent the chaos on leaving or entering a non-collision zone

There is already something like this implemented into the mod.. This is called GhostMode where if you are inside another truck when exiting a NCZ then the other truck will flash and as soon as you leave its zone then it will return to a collisionable vehicle.

As far as I know, this already has been suggested, and it could be abused.
