Can not log in to MP

I have problems when i try to log in to play at MP, it says invalid email or password but i know that i write right email and password, what is it that i do wrong? P.S sorry for my bad english :/

Hi,

there are known issues if you use special characters such as ä,ö,ü or what ever which is not English default alphabet.

Please try typing your password/email into notepad and copy it and then paste it into the password/email field using ctrl + v.

(This may also apply for your email if it contains special characters)

Hello!

Try copying and pasting your email and password from notepad. (Ctrl + V to paste) If that doesn't work, try changing your password at profile settings. I was away from multiplayer for a month and after that my correct password didn't work. I was told to just change it which worked.

1-) Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on TruckersMP site.
2-) Try to reset your password and log in again.
3-) You should not use Family-Sharing.

You should only use English symbols (letters, numbers), no special symbols such as (, ) or anything similar. It will also not work if you are using shared Euro Truck Simulator 2, you can only log in trough original account which owns ETS2. If it still doesn't work you should change password or probably you forgot it.
