If you could list the specs, that could be useful. second, If you are in a highly populated area (such as EP) you will most likely always dip that far down in FPS. For example, i have a 5820k/2x980Ti/32Gb(DDR4) and i still dip below 10 FPS in Rotterdam. Check out my HTC Vive game play videos on YouTube.
