Suggestion Description: Being able to reconnect or change server without restarting the game

Why should it be added?: Before i upgraded my pc i had a pretty bad pc... It took me a long time to restart the game only to reconnect, but i enjoyed the game anyways, but i know it would save people with "bad" pc's a lot of trouble.
