Do DLCs and other mods work in multiplayer?

i am new to ETS 2. so just wanted to know if dlcs and other mods are compatible with the multiplayer mod. i have "high power cargo" pack dlc. And i saw many players have livestock (cow) cargo mod . so where can i download it and how to install it in multiplayer. please help... ASAP.. Thank you

How to use trailer mods in MP:

1. Download the mod and run it in single player
2. Get a job with the modded trailer you want
3. Drive for a minute, then stop (in a safe place), save, and exit
4. Enter multiplayer- Ignore "Missing mod" warnings
5. Load the save game (or just click drive if it was an autosave)

And that's it.

About the HPC DLC, it does work for MP.

Transporting livestock is part of Scandinavian DLC (Aria Trailers), but there are also white livestock trailers and those are a mod.

All DLC works for multiplayer, when a new DLC comes out it wont work so you will have to wait for a new update. Mods aren't compatible as everyone would have to download them, and the servers would just break. However there are some mods that work as they are an edit of a def file. for example you could have a hybrid trailer or a hybrid truck. A list of website that are compatible are found above (what Freddyk posted) or in the guides there is a guide on how to make hybrid trucks.
