This combines the best bits of MyVTC.net and has an automatic triplogger in development at the moment. We also have dedicated moderator team that includes myself. But as TrademarkGamer wrote, you can start a VTC (Virtual Trucking Company). This is all about the roleplay though, but this is most likely not what you're looking for, as it does not make your friends work for your in-game company. If you decide to create a VTC, you can add a prefix-text to your names with the same colour in-game, to easily distinguish between VTC-employees and other players.
