Cannot log in.

I recently reinstalled my Windows operating system, I re-downloaded the mod and now it does not allow me to log in, writing "Invalid e-mail or password". Could you please help what could be the problem?

What happens when you try and login to here?

Make sure there are no symbols in your email and password as that can cause some issues.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using the exact same Email & Password combination that I used to login here to login to the game. It keeps telling me that I am using the wrong Email or Password.

I had a similar problem... when I was writing my email the UI was putting a "space" before I typed anything... so the system was considering that space as a character and was telling me my credentials were wrong!

 

when loging in click the "Box" you want to writte at and press Ctrl + A to select everything... so in case theres extra "stuff" that you cant see it will be eliminated!

Well, I have still got the issue, yes I changed my password and still getting the error message "Invalid email or password".

Sometimes systems may be glitchy, try using the same capitals in your E-Mail as when you registered.

For example:

 

On registration, I used [email protected]

On login, use [email protected] instead of [email protected]

 

I'm unsure if this is the issue, but I do remember some login systems have this issue.

well my E-mail has all low caps, so I don't know what should be the issue.

I have the same issue. Have tried everything that has been mentioned in this post. Trying a PCrestart now

For all who didnt worked, 

 

-Open notepad

-type in your email

-copy it in in log in screen

-type password in notepad

-copy password in log in screen

-play

 

Should work, it worked with Janka94!
