How to get double cistern trailer?

I saw some trucks with double cistern trailer. I can't find it anywhere also i watched all YouTube videos but to no avail. Is this some mod or DLC?. Please answer because i would like to have on but idk how

You can get the double trailers by save-editing. You can take a look at this tutorial about how to get the double trailers by save-editing.

For non save edited doubles, you need to own a garage in the Scandinavian DLC (Denmark, Finland, Norway). Then, you can buy doubles and triples. Make sure you learn how to handle them. If you're planning to go on CD Road, that can be the difference between playing another day and being banned.

Yes you can create any combination of trailers as long as they respect rule §3 - Save Edit.

 

Quote

Cause extreme slowdowns or game crashes when saving changes. If you save the changes to create a very long trailer combination but cannot manage it safely, you risk being banned for reckless driving and/or blocking and it is recommended that you remove the change(s) in question . It is prohibited to have trailers hanging or floating and/or missing essential components (wheels, lights, etc.). If the game moderation department determines that your modification is not suitable for our servers or has a negative impact on other people, you risk being banned.

 

There are also several mods available in the workshop with keywords.
