TaeHyeon
Good morning, good afternoon and good evening. I am a user who loving TMP and has invested not a few of time and money. According to 'meet the team' page, there are 58 Report Moderators, 70 Game Moderators, 7 Game Moderator Trainers, and 20 Game Moderator Leaders. Those are all people who are working for TMP. First of all, I would like to thank those who work hard for comfortable game play. However, reports on web page are not reviewed smoothly. As I felt while playing TMP since 2021, report pages were almost filled with unreviewed reports. ( Except for duration of Report Moderator recruitment.) While I was playing the game, I went through a couple of support periods, but the issue was only 'TEMPORARILY" resolved. (Even now, it is 'high'.) Even, reports of in-game are mostly ignored, and very rarely are they reviewed in Simulation 1 server. In places where many pass, immediate feedback is not easy to received, even though there are people who deliberately ignore the rules and interfere with others. Admins take action against accidents or rule violations they have witnessed firsthand. And the numerous things that happen outside of their sight bothers me. Yesterday alone, there was someone who deliberately blocked the road and caused serious gridlock, and the action against it was very inadequate. Also, many people were in trouble because one person constantly broke the rules, and this happens over and over again. I think it is a big problem that these issues persist and are not resolved, even though many people are committed to TMP. These issues have been around for the past few years, and are still unresolved. This is obviously going to have a fundamental issue, and it's up to the TMP to find it and solve it. I have believed it would work out well so far, but I felt the need to bring this up. The purpose of this topic is not to insult or blame anyone. I just hope that it will be a pleasant and clean game through the quick punishment of users who play non-manner. How about the in-game reports that many people have reported are to be displayed at the top? When many people report, it means there is an user who damaging a lot of. I think immediate action against such a person can make the game more pleasant and smoothly. I don't think punishment for them should be delayed by any means. What could make TMP more pleasant? I would appreciate it if you could write down your opinions WITHOUT CRITICIZING SOMEONE. Thank you to those of you who read the long post. 3

We need to recognize that most of the TMP Game Moderation Team lives in Europe and that they are volunteers. Therefore, I don't think there is a reason for them to be constantly present in the game. However, based on the grounds of delayed feedback and report handling, there is a need to hire applicants from various countries. The activity times and online presence of individuals vary, so it is necessary to hire people living in different countries such as Asia, the United States, and Europe. Additionally, if not, I think there should be means to motivate RM and GM staff so that they can work with motivation. Since they are volunteering to work as GMs, I don't believe there is a need for them to be constantly in the game, but we should also recognize that if players do not receive immediate feedback due to this, their experience with TMP might not be good. Based on these reasons, I think there is a reason to hire GMs more broadly. This opinion is entirely personal and is not intended to offend or insult anyone.
Sunstrider
Harsher Bans for trolls. Having them return when they show VIDEO EVIDENCE in their ban appeal that proves they understand road rules as they do the vehicle they are driving, what the game is about (not trolling), and will go to other parts of the map (even if they don't have the DLC's). More active moderators, from different timezones, who will deal with in game reports as quickly as they do with those they ban while watching an area.
Zhang Cheng
Dear @TaeHyeon, It's great to see you here. The questions you raised are very constructive and reflect your love for TMP and your concern for the gaming experience. As a multiplayer online simulation platform, TMP does face some challenges, especially in the management and maintenance of the game environment. My opinion is that adding more reviewers may help speed things up if the volume of reports exceeds processing capacity, although the existing review team is already working hard. And priority processing prioritizes the processing of multiple reports from users, especially those involving serious violations, to ensure that these issues can be handled in a timely manner. Also the suggestions you make are aimed at improving the overall experience of the game and reducing the impact of violations on other players, which is crucial for any online multiplayer game. Hopefully, the TMP team will listen to player feedback and take appropriate measures to improve the game environment. hope this helps you, sincere regards, Zhang Cheng.
Interstate Nomad
Adding AI traffic could create a more realistic environment, but it needs to be balanced to avoid congestion and ensure smooth gameplay. 1
Wolfpac357
Saw that there are mostly over 100 active unviewed reports. Most of my reports I send are not reviewed. I would not mind joining the team and spend my time resolving these problems - especially after 12o'clock in Europe. Since the amount of people which recklessly break the rules is not getting better (while many just get away with it) I also would consider a longer ban-time and ensure that enough Mods are active during rush-hours. I'm not known with the details of the Admin-Panel, but is there a way to see if a person has been reported often lately or has had multiple bans in a short time? For those, I would give them longer ban-times so that they finally learn it. I very much like the idea of adding LED-Signs (like in Duisburg) that give everyone a little bit of an understanding on how to behave since many do not drive a vehicle in real life. But here is the more probable way of achieving good behaviour: Not only punish the "bad guys" but reward those who drive realistic, forward-looking and generally in accordance with the road traffic regulations. Maybe there will be a payment for every in-game day (while active) or something else. But rewards may be the key to make clean-driving more attractive.
鄂J 88888
I think the game needs to hire people from other countries as well Every time I play, I always see people blocking the road, or deliberately colliding with others, or some people abusive This situation can be annoying for many people, and it is not possible to play the game happily People from different countries play the game at different times, and some people may not be able to enter the game because of work, and some people who do not follow the rules may not be able to enter the game The best solution should be to hire people from other countries In the game, I saw too many people playing unhappily because of the blockage I don't mind joining the team I'm willing to spend time in the game Let some people who drive safely drive happily, warn some people who drive unsafely, and ban or punish them I was able to manage the game during the time when you were not in charge This is my personal experience in the game of a lot of people who drive unpleasantly or don't follow the rules, so I make some suggestions and don't embarrass anyone

AI traffic should only spawn in deserted areas with a certain low player-number-to-area ratio. That would exclude populated areas in and around Duisburg and Calais and the like, and would avoid an additional negative performance impact.
Ditere
I think if more ppl had 'populate' other areas near C-D road like Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Cologne, Paris etc. it wouldve made tmp a better place. Imagine driving on THE SAME ROAD over and over, and over, and over again. Why are y'all still here - just to suffer?
Arf.
In my opinion, the biggest innovation that will come to the game should be by the players, not by the developers. What is it? Players will increase popularity and activity on routes with different beautiful roads. This way, traffic will not be concentrated in one area. Many beautiful routes will not remain empty. Of course, we know that developers are working to make the game more enjoyable, but players can also make the game enjoyable.

'Alwin
1.Very harsh penalties against inappropriate players 2.Developing other ways for people to get somewhere other than the CD route 3.It would be nice if the Game Administrators were a little more active in the game For those who enjoy playing the game, they can be directed to the DLC Maps. For example, there were widely used roads in Scandinavia. I don't understand why they are empty now. Updates may be made to DLC maps. Good additions can be made to encourage people to drive on these roads. Kind Regards, Alwin TruckersMP Drıver
