I can't see the pictures you posted either,I think it should be a rest stop next to the KAT freight yard in Dusseldorf.

There is indeed a need to add No Collision, and I sometimes enjoy being there as well.

I hope TruckersMP can actively adopt it!

Not 100% sure which one you're on about. But, if it's the one I think it is, an NCZ isn't required. Provided people are able to drive correctly, collisions won't occur

I agree with Bean here. I've been there a fair amount of times, including during peak hours. But, I've never seen any major problems that would require the area to be an NCZ.
