There isn't even a bus station in Rostock and Stuttgart anymore, those coordinates are in the void.

Although uncommon, there are some bus stations in newer DLCs, namely Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Sofia (София), Pleven (Плèвен), Algeciras, Málaga.
