Hello,

When your reports are declined, it can affect the number of reports you can create because they may be rated negatively. Reports can receive negative ratings if you spam our reporting system or submit bad and/or useless reports, including those that breach §1.4  - Reporting users. The moderator is required to rate every report they handle, which directly impacts the number of reports you can create. If you only report players in highly populated areas like Calais, Duisburg, Calais-Duisburg road, and Kirkenes quarry (ProMods), these reports will not receive positive ratings. If you solely drive in these areas to report users, you may eventually lose all your report scores by submitting too many invalid reports. If your report score drops to zero, it means you can't submit any web reports.

In case you think about regaining my report score:

If you can submit a web report that is rated positively, you may regain some of your report scores. However, since you can no longer submit web reports, you won't be able to regain your report scores. It's important to review your previous reports and understand why they were declined and how they may have affected your report score. You should have been monitoring your report score (i.e.).  the number of reports you can create, excluding those that haven't been handled yet) and prevent it from reaching zero. Once it reaches zero, there's essentially no way to restore it to 1 or higher.

Please remember to review our solved topics before asking any questions here, as you may find the information you're looking for without having to create a new ticket.

Myrianna

@Linda.

Hello! I can tell you about your problem. The number of reports is increased or decreased based on the results of your current reporting of offending players. If the player you report does violate the rules, then your report will be accepted and may increase the number of reports you make. If the offending player you report fails to meet the conditions of the ban, it will be rejected. The words realistic rejection will be added to your report. Once there are too many reports rejected, it will lead to a reduction in the number of reports you make. Once the number of reports is very large, it may lead to your reporting power being withdrawn. At that time, if a player violates the rules, you will not be able to report the player.
