VTC: placeholders in application comments for VTC staff

Suggestion Name: VTC: placeholders in application comments for VTC staff

Suggestion Description: Add placeholders for the HR team to use in application comments. Something similar to what I think RMs/GMs can use in replies in the web reporting system.

Here's a list of placeholder ideas I'd like to see added:
%user.username% - username of the applicant;

%self.username% - username of the Staff member replying to the application;

%self.role.name% - name of the role the Staff member is in.

Why should it be added?: This addition will make it much easier to recruit drivers, and VTC staff will be able to create universal recruitment templates to reply to applications with, without having to worry about forgetting something.
