Launcher won't update

Won't download files, tried uninstalling twice, can't delete registry file, my internet is fine can steam 4k content no problem so I know it's not that.

Check that your firewall (on Windows/Antivirus) is not blocking your connection to TruckersMP servers.

I see the question you raised, and my suggestions for you are as follows:

Scheme 1:

1. Delete the TrckersMP Launcher.
2. Check %appdata%. If there is a file, delete it from there.
3. And let's download the TruckersMP Launcher again. (https://truckersmp.com/download)

If your problem is not solved, you can test scheme 2

 

Scheme 2:

1. Open Steam > Library > Games
2. Verify the files of Euro Truck Simulator
3. If there are problems, re-upload the files.

If you could provide the error code you displayed, it would be more effective for us to assist you
