I can’t see your punishment history. It’s hidden now. When your punishment reason is not hacking or ban evading, it will be deleted. If it is not deleted, you can contact with game managers in the feecback system.

If I'm not mistaken, you have been permanently banned not only because of the date, but also for violating §1.2 - Ban Evading. Therefore, I do not think that this ban will be lifted. The moderator just didn't added this rule (§1.2 - Ban Evading) to reason in my think, but the reasons for your ban have a different TMP ID and belong to a deleted account.  I think that the last ban that this account has received have been added to this account in the same way
