Ban is opened but game is not connecting me to online!!

My ban opened today,ım starting truckersmp and opening my account,ım logging in and selecting sim 2,than game saying connecting but game is not connecting me to online it just connecting me offline with "You are banned from TruckersMp Network" please help.

Hello @FrontX;

TruckersMP currently uses the UTC 0:00 time zone, your ban will be issued and calculated according to that time. If you want to convert this time to your own language, follow the steps below:

1. Login to the site. :(https://truckersmp.com)

 2. Enter the account settings.

3. Enter the site settings.

4. Update the Timezone UTC+ (your country of residence). You can find out your current ban time by following these steps

Your punishment is indeed expired, and you should be ok to join the TruckersMP servers. It might happen that sometimes it takes some time to refresh, so at this stage I would advise you too wait 2-3 hours or even a day. If after a day you still cannot join the servers, please contact the support team by raising a support ticket here: https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create

Unfortunately, I have to dissapoint you, this is not good place to solve your bans, anyway I will give you some guides, what to do, if you got banned.

If you have been banned from TruckersMP Network due to some violation of TMP rules, you are allowed to write an appeal here: https://truckersmp.com/appeals 

 

Then if you got declined by GM, you have to wait until your ban expire. 

 

Also do not forget, if you mean your ban was issued unfairly, you can write a feedback ticket - to category Game Moderation Management - where you can explain everything
