Is this bad save editing or TMP bug?

This truck is obviously save edited (Renault cabin on Scania chassis) and is missing tail lights.

I have seen weird trucks with missing parts, including front bumper and headlights.

Is this result of bad save editing or the problem is somewhere else?

Before you jump to conclusion, I own every single tunning pack or paitjob, literally every single DLC that can be purchased, so that's not the case here.

Yeah these taillights take off by code , But this is a reason for ban

Since you own every DLC/ tuning pack, I guess that this is save edited At this moment there is no confirmed bug related to this so the reason will be (wrong) save edit.
