  1. i was driving in the tunnel from Aalborg in direction to the ports, when suddenly a crash appeared. When i rewatched the video i found out, that a player was shown with distance 0 to me. Video in the link (7MB) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x57YwCkYnFlT-_DfNsAgBf3OvLDNVT0H
  2. Title says it all really, why is the spawn distance so low for trucks? i mean not only does it completely ruin immersion but its dangerous, if i drive up to a traffic jam, i can only see the players spawn last second and i have to serve off the road to avoid them, also if im stuck somewhere not only do i like to see the traffic jam and how long it is but why in heel would you make it so i can only see 3-4 trucks ahead it just ruins the game for me!
  3. Mod Version: 0.1.3 R3 Controllers Used: keyboard Description of Issue: I was driving into Rotterdam, turning off the highway on to one of the city streets, and as I was on the last part of my turn a truck spawned right in front of me, was its chassis spawning right inside my truck. straight after that my truck literally had wings and flew into the sky, then it flew head-on right into the ground and into the eternal sky / void. I was stuck there with my truck and trailer flying all over the place, clashing into each other with 100% dmg. Eventually closed the game and went back to a previous save, and lost my soon to be job income [£36,000]. I had driven all they way from Berlin to Rotterdam just to see that I had wasted my time. Would there be a way to make it so when you log out in the middle of the road in-game, you could log back in and spawn in your home garage? I'm sure this bug / problem has happened with many other truckers too. How to reproduce: Spawn inside someones' truck at the right time in the middle of the road Screenshots / Videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kQ_J8TmRws

    Ghost Trucks

Suggestion Name: Ghost Trucks Suggestion Description: 1. The truck get a ghost mode on the collision area after the server was logged in successfully with a very bright half transparency truck and collision is off.. I know... it looks so creepy during the night. For truckers that had loaded a save game after an accident. This will have the same ghost mode as well. Duration: 1-3 mins. 2. The truckers have to move off from the spawning spot within 45 secs - 2 mins before to get booted to the nearby truck repair shop in the city. The ghost mode will be vanished in about 1-3 mins while the truck was moved off. Be sure that the trucks are not inside each other to avoid some collision especially in Rotterdam and Europort. 3. For leaving the non collision area the ghost mode will be vanished after about 10-20 secs. That will avoid to have a sudden collision while exiting the non collision area if too many trucks are there. A HUD notification about the duration in ghost mode Be sure that your truck is parked before in a non collision area in single player mode and come back otherwise the server will kick you if you had exceeded 5 times for spawning on collision area after the server was logged in successfully. Loaded a save game isn't affected for this after an accident and can not be penalized time ban if you got caught again. I would suggest you to learn about "How to park in a non collision area before to enter multi player mode?" instead. For truckers that are harassing/glitching the ghost mode by any way will get penalized by the admins. *some duration are not final and can be changed sometimes. Possibly problems: It might be glitched out between the ghost mode and non collision area. Lacks of non collision areas about the parking lot and petrol stations on the European roads. Harassing the ghost mode. "Loaded a save game"-Detection? Um... that's the question. more unexpected bugs... Any example images: Not needed. Why should it be added?: That will avoid a bunch of sudden accidents on the virtual European roads. Not sure if a good idea. I think so...
  6. NOTE: I'm unsure if this is a MP mod issue or an SCS issue. Please inform and I'll report accordingly. Mod Version: Version 0.2.1.9.0 Controllers Used: Logitech G29 + H Shifter Description of Issue: Trailer for an external contract job in Camp Verde at E&J Gailes Winery spawns in an impossible pickup point. See the screenshot below. How to reproduce: Get a new external contract which leaves from Camp Verde, E&J Gailes Winery. You may have to be patient to get one which spawns in the place shown below. 7. Suggestion Name Truck [only] Collissions in Companies Suggestion Description Enable collissions for trucks [not trailers] in companies. Why should it be added? - Having collissions back in trucks will make players wait for each others while parking. - Keeping trailers as non-collission will make them spawn in companies without causing problems. OTHERS (Updated after community feedback): There will be drivers blocking companies entrances: Those trolls exist anyway. Now, when a blocker stays in the NCZ limit, makes all the trucks who gets out of the company go through them. Then, after activating collissions when the truck gets out the NCZ, the trailer (going through the blocker in that moment) goes flying or under the road and magic happens. This situations can only be reported, the same way as applying this change. Lots of drivers stay AFK after unloading and block the parking área: Simple, let´s make trucks with no trailer have a (1 min) AFK time in companies (enough to check your stats), so the area would be clean of drivers only for those loading / unloading, and such trucks would be kicked fast. I hope this is not such hard work for @mwl4. There´s still chaos in some cities, it´s hard to wait that much: Some cities should be considered as High Populated Areas so the NCZ should stay as now in those (Amsterdan, Rotterdam, Paris, Hamburg,...) People spawning in the company will cause fatal crashes: Trucks should be teleported into NCZ areas, it´s possible and a necessary addon in my opinion for every situation of spawning in mp. Quick Job Spawning will do the same: Quick Job Spawning should apply the No Collission to the Truck too. If devs could differ from that kind of spawning, wont be a mayor issue. If they cant... then let´s make a try and see how many accidents are caused. *Im aware this is a big gameplay change, using some server like EU2 or others to try it while EU1 stays working the same may be the best way.
  8. Suggestion Name: Delaying Connection (e.g. for like 30 secs) Suggestion Description: Delay the connection to the real road like around 30 secs. So one has plenty of time to decide and avoid a collision. Why should it be added?: I know that this has been discussed over time! But, I think there is still no rule that allows you to ban/report someone who spawns on road and makes you crash into him/her (I reported some users via web report, but admin said he cannot ban that person b/c it does not break the rule). I think this is because One can just be rammed by some reckless drivers on the road, and it is not one's fault because going to the service (using F7+ enter) can be annoying (e.g. you sometimes drive with friends and want to spawn not that far from them by using autosave). Although there is 5-sec-ghost-mode. I still see crashes caused by spawners on road (including to my experiences). Additional information: All who play EU#2 at peak hours may notice that you are able to be connected into the games if the queue is not that long, says max = 200. Being said, when you load the save and spawn into the game, there is no one there yet because you are still waiting in the queue to connect to EU#2. This is good because there is plenty of time, allowing you to move to the safe place (i.e. shoulder, grass, parking spot, or non-collision area). Hence (I'm not sure about coding stuff but) this is what I think we can add to the server: Although there is no queue waiting to connect to the server, the player is still on the FAKE queue. This will act like the REAL queue. So you have some time to move your car into the safe place. And if this is added, we can make a rule for "spawning on road is prohibited" because, after 30 secs period, it is all player's fault for not moving your car out of the road. This should equivalent to "connect to SP, then go to a safe place, and to go ack to MP" But this will make life easier because you do not have to switch between SP and MP and also, at peak hours, you do not have to wait for a long queue again in order to connect back to the server. P.S. I'm not sure that "connecting to the game at the first place" is different from "reloading the save" or not. If it's not the same, I will put this on developers' ends for any decision beyond that because they are all doing the GREAT and EXCELLENT job for ETS2 MP already This is just my suggestions! Thanks!
  9. Suggestion Name: No Collision on Spawn Suggestion Description: Make a 5-60 seconds timer for joining players and their spawning trucks. So collisions like crashes on the midroad, because someone loaded a save, because his game crashed, can be avoided. Any example images: There are none. Why should it be added?: To avoid crashes on the midroad, when someone spawns in front of you on the motorway. But I have no idea, how much coding that would require. Maybe even add a collision detection, which will disable collisions, when someone spawns inside you.
