Hello! I submitted a report on the 29th April for a person ramming into me. I gave video evidence and the time code via twitch. The link goes directly to the video in question, and it's very easy to see the player in question. http://truckersmp.com/en_US/reports/view/16502 However, it was refused and I was told "Insufficient evidence, upload to youtube". I've never had this problem before. Have the rules been changed? No worries if they have and I will re-submit the report, I just found it very strange that it was "insufficient". All you need to do is scroll to the time code on the video, just like you would on youtube. If it's just a case of the video is too long, let me know. I can highlight the exact moment on my channel without the unnecessary reupload to youtube. (I apologise if this is in the wrong place. I wasn't sure where to ask)

Everytime I try to connect to a server on ATS It says I need to register my game but I already have ive given my steam id and world of trucks stuff.

I have done the 5 steps for going online. i have also played single player for 2 hours. profile is set on public i do own the game myself. and i have tried more then 4 times. it says wait up to 5 minutes, i did that and waited for 30 minutes when i went to have lunch yet it still doesnt work.

Hello all... I don't know if this is a SCS issue or a my PC issue... I downloaded ETS2 v. 1.23.2s on my computer and when I inserted hubcaps with truck logo, they don't work: Photos as example (N.B. --> ALL MODS ARE DISABLED, ONLY THE PURE GAME WITH DLCs) http://imgur.com/ypqn7IF http://imgur.com/ZIlm7IB Thank you for the help.

So basicly whenever I try to play Euro Truck Simulator multiplayer, my whole game freezes and so does my computer. I have to restart my computer to make it work again. I only have had this problem now and not when I last played ETS2MP, which was about 2 months ago. The freezing also doesn't occur during singleplayer. It usually freezes while trying to quick travel from garage to another or when I'm trying to cancel a job.

Hi. Since a few update i can play in ATSmp but not in ETS2mp because my computer did't create in a documents ETS2mp. A fatal error told me `we miss ETS2mp files in your directory path êrno 5` Could you help me?

Basically, four of us were in a game, and we all swore. I swore to my friend, and a jokey sort of way. But the three other occasions were provocative. They were trying to provoke the other party, and having a proper argument. Anyway, I got banned. I appealed, and said I 'hoped they were banned aswell'. The admin declined the appeal, and said that they were banned aswell. My friend was NOT banned. I need to speak with the admin, but I can't, as he already declined the appeal? Help please? Thanks guys

Hello there truckers! I have just installed ATS Multiplayer Mod and I have a question about getting jobs. I have my own truck in the game and I was wondering how do I get jobs. Whenever I look at the freight market, there is no jobs. When I go to the company's lot to see if there are any jobs, there are none. Please help me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance. -Syth

every time i try to connect with europe server (or others, no matter) it fails connecting successfully and says " connection to server has been broken, restart game to connect again". got this since 4 days now and it worked fine before so what i mean by that is it happened suddenly from one day to another and i have no explanation for that. got the latest MP version of ets 2. newest update through steam. tried reinstalling MP and SP about 3 times, no change. Any help would be highly appreciated because support is not even answering

I've been having trouble loading ETS2MP. The game loads fine, but once I try to get in-world, the loading bar gets to 100% and then hangs. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hello i have a little problem....when i try to make an convoy on ETS2 then i can only make a convoy in ETS2 but i wanna make one in ATS....and it's wierd because i can see other people had made a convoy/meeting thing in ATS so why can't i make a convoy in ATS in that website when other people can?? Please help!
