No it works on 1.26, you just have to be patient. It took me 30 seconds untill it launched

You're right, the Belgium DLC is not supported yet.

For me the servers are working fine again, if you're having 1.25. If you've 1.26, I advice you to downgrade it, althou the WOT is not working.

This update is for 1.25, the newest version will probably be supported with the next update.
