I've seen the videos of your ban, and the ban is completely deserved. Overtaking on the C-D road is allowed, and you didn't ram that person on accident. 

How far do you want to take this? This isn't going to get you unbanned, even with proof. You rammed somebody and got banned for it, so be it.

I'm not going to waste my time on this anymore. If you want to talk to me, then send me a PM or something but don't mention me here.

You were already told once to make a ban appeal so please make a ban appeal.

You will need to make an appeal, or we will not consider your case.

In addition, rule violations are punishable, regardless of who uploaded the video, and as stated in our ToS:
