Suggestion Name: No trailer restrictions (quick travel) Suggestion Description: Unlike in singleplayer, in TMP we can drive everywhere and deliver with all trailers, but we cannot use quick travel with the 15-meter trailers and doubles. Please remove the statespecific trailer restrictions and allow quick travelling to all cities on the map. (like this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1113405579 ) Any example images: Why it should be added: Far more possibilities and unrestricted use of our trailers everywhere make TMP much more fun.

There are areas where the speed changes without leaving the zone, so something can definitely be done about it...then it could actually be changed. We have an army of RM, GM, GML and GMM anyway...just report violations, that's what it's for...but these slowdowns are really annoying in some places...experienced it again today...

▍ Suggestion Name: Slowdown zones rework ▍ Suggestion Description: ➥ We all know the in-game message “You entered/left the city”, and how you automatically slow down when it appears. That’s a good feature — but it should be limited to the core areas of cities. Quite often, you get this message even on highways, without actually entering the city limits. Many of these slowdown zones are not very well placed, and as a result, they sometimes cause more dangerous situations rather than improving safety, or are simply unnecessary, poorly placed or frustrating. ➥ With the new design style of the DLCs (infrastructure, cities, industrial zones, etc.), which now more closely reflects realworld layouts, many highways run directly past cities. In the past, cities were built more like simple squares, which made it easier to place slowdown zones. Nowadays, more care needs to be taken with their placement, since they often affect highways and expressways that have nothing to do with actually entering the city itself, yet players are still affected by them. Also, in general, in DLC areas where there’s not much activity, these zones are unnecessary (beyond city centers). ➥ There are also often locations that are completely identical (in terms of layout/conditions) — in some, a slowdown zone exists, while in others it does not. When creating these zones, more attention should be paid to the type of road, the surroundings, their purpose, and their necessity And most importantly: consider how this affects the flow of traffic! Put yourself in the driver’s shoes. It makes no sense to bring an entire highway to a crawl for 2 km just because there’s an exit nearby with a company where one or no vehicles exit... ➥ I’ve categorized them into three types: a) Excessively large zones, b) Zones affecting irrelevant areas & c) Unnecessary zones ▍ Any example images: Example 1 - Type a) Excessively large zones In Porto, the slowdown zone covers a vast area consisting almost entirely of highways, making it completely unnecessary over several kilometers, while the actual city area occupies only about 1/5 of that space. Similar situations can be found in Istanbul, Madrid, Lisbon, Athens, Zaragoza, Hamburg etc. etc. Example 2 - Type b) Zones affecting irrelevant areas This example includes the actual city area, but it also covers adjacent highways, which unnecessarily slow down the flow of traffic and have nothing to do with the city itself. These kinds of examples are the most common on the map. Example 3 - Type c) Unnecessary zones In this case, the road infrastructure is just a typical main road with a junction located outside the city center (in fact, there isn’t really a city here, as the road only passes by it and the “city” is just a scene) and the companies are "isolated" and accessible via side streets. This slowdown zone here is entirely unnecessary. Similar situations can be found in in various areas across the map. ▍ Why it should be added: A rework or removal of all these restrictions would be necessary to provide a more realistic, free and enjoyable driving experience. Some examples that occur every day: ➥ You might be overtaking another truck when a slowdown zone suddenly appears right in the middle of the highway. Depending on the weight and engine power of each vehicle, both trucks may end up side by side after leaving the zone, or even be forced to use two lanes simultaneously — which can create a highly dangerous situation. ➥ In some locations, maintaining a higher speed would actually be the safer option, as it allows for smoother merging and quicker clearing of the area. Instead, the enforced slowdown leads to unnecessary braking, confusion and increased risk. ➥ Even when driving alone, with no other vehicles nearby, you enter slowdown zones that are excessively large and completely unrelated to any nearby city. This feels restrictive and unrealistic — especially when hauling heavy loads, where regaining speed takes time and makes the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating. ➥ From a construction and driving perspective, players are already limited by the road layout and must adapt their speed to the given conditions - everyone is responsible for their own driving. These zones have no effect outside city centers, a truck can still tip over at 60 kmh if you don’t adjust your speed to the conditions....and in the end, anyone who wants to troll or cause trouble can still do so, even inside the slowdown zones if that is the reason for its existence. ▍ Additionally: I am a driver on TMP for over 10 years, covering thousands of kilometers across the continent every day, and I know the map almost by heart — including all of these locations. Suggestion Name: VTC Playertag abuse Suggestion Description: The misuse of playertags should be extended to include verified and validated VTCs, as problems with trolls and other types of childish behaviour are constantly increasing. Any example images: We received a video showing one of our former employees trolling on C-D using our playertag, causing accidents and chaos. The video was sent to us by a player with the comment: “What kind of nonsense are your drivers causing around here!?” Incidents like this obviously damage the reputation of every Verified and Validated VTC. Why should it be added?: Validated and verified VTCs invest a great deal of time and effort into their work, contribute significantly to the TMP community, and help bring in new players, making the game more engaging and dynamic. Since validated and verified VTCs are among the most well-known and successful, we believe we (validated) should also receive a level of protection from TMP against playertag misuse. Throughout 2025, the situation has worsened with individuals misusing our playertag to damage the reputation and public image of our VTC for childish or malicious reasons (such as dissatisfaction after being dismissed, revenge acts, haters, etc.). We currently have no effective way to defend ourselves. We therefore propose that TMP extend its measures against playertag misuse to include verified and validated VTCs, to protect our identity and reputation from impersonators. In short: Introduce a way to report players who imitate belonging to a Verified or Validated VTC (Admins have control and traceability via the official member list on the TMP-VTC page)

10th Anniversary – looking back and moving forward
It’s been a busy time lately which is why there have been fewer posts from me here. But I’m back!
September was all about our big milestone: our 10th anniversary!
We celebrated with lots of activities – an internal event, giveaways, two convoys, plenty of fun and of course, loads of content.At this point, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been with us on this long journey – for your support, follows, likes and amazing cooperation.
A very special thanks also goes to TMP, who keep everything up to date and running. Without the opportunity to drive online together, none of the rest would be possible.10 years on Europe’s highways – millions of kilometers behind us. And true to our slogan “moves forward,” we’ll continue to be a familiar sight on the roads for many years to come.
