There was a new update to ETS and ATS and system this morning, but it won't install the system update. It just downloads and keeps showing it as available. Seems to be working now. What was the update for?

I don't think I'm using DX11, I'm just using the MP client. Haven't changed any settings since 1.35. I recorded a quick video to show examples. These aren't all so bad (except one), but it shows the issue - check the graph in the top-left corner. It shows the time between each frame. High spike = lag. Thanks, wasn't sure if I was the only one with that problem

Hi With TMP update to 1.35, I am now getting lag spikes when opening the player list near other players. This has never happened before, only sometimes when loading other players' trucks. Is this a known issue? My ETS2 is installed on an SSD, with an i5-8600k and GTX 1080Ti, so I can't see what the problem should be. I also don't believe I can hear other players' horns - it's enabled in MP settings, but I haven't heard any while playing after the update, so I can only assume it's not working.

Hi, I understand that B-doubles are allowed, that's good to know, thanks. I'm still a bit confused about what mixing chassis means, but considering I'm not going to do any trailermods using actual mods, but just sticking to what's available in-game, I assume I'm not going to be breaking any rules?

Hi, hope this is the right place to ask this, otherwise I apologize. I'm a little confused about what double trailers we are allowed to use in MP after the rule update. In the rules §3.2 it says Does this mean I can change it from Double to B-double, but just not while in MP? Does this mean we are only allowed to use the Double trailer (like the image) and not the B-double ? They are the same length, 22.7 m. If the B-double is allowed, can you add the picture of it to the examples, or clarify that it isn't allowed? What does this mean, can you clarify? Thanks

How are the new random events handled in MP? Does everyone see the same events? Do they have hitboxes or can you drive through them?

Hi, I'm getting this error, and I can see it's usually because the user has Scwarzmüller DLC or Special Transport DLC enabled. I don't own either of these and of course neither are installed/enabled, so I don't understand why I'm getting this error. I picked up a World of Trucks job in Italy with a trailer from Heavy Cargo DLC when I got the error, but that hasn't been a problem before. Is this not allowed now either? Let me know if you need more info Thanks

It's in the multiplayer options on the login screen or when you press TAB ingame. I can confirm that unchecking this box has removed the lag I was experiencing.

^ Can confirm this, just tried playing with everything on low, both in-game and multiplayer menu; still got lag spikes. So not sure what to do

Hi, Im not sure if this is something that's fixable, but I thought I'd try and ask. So after I started ATS MP I noticed that I was getting a lot of lag/freezing/stutters when other players were near. This isn't something I experienced before when playing ETS2MP - My FPS would drop around other players, but I would keep driving at the same pace. With ATS I'm freezing on the highway, being dangerous to others around me. I see people behind me swerve after a freeze, something I used to have to do myself since only other people were laggy. So how do I fix this (if it is fixable)? I tried using low detail models, and reduced 'smoothing distance', but it doesn't really seem to have made a noticeable difference. Are other people experiencing the same, and is it a problem with the MP client, or is it just me and I'll have to live with it? Help appreciated Edit: Example (though you probably know what I mean)
