Sleep is for some reason very important. The past 2 days has been really hard for me.
Usually i sleep between 4-7 hours to get a functional day, but the past 2 days has been so weird.
The night before last night, went i to nap an hour from 4pm to 5pm, i woke up again at 2:30am..
Yesterday was some sort of related, as i went for an hour nap between 6pm and 7pm, but woke up at 7:30 AM..
