As I'm trying to build up my site, I feel like positioning stuff is a real struggle by using margin/padding and I thought about "position: relative" which I find pretty easy considering the fact that I can use bottom/up/left/right afterwards which makes positioning very easy. Do you think position relative is a good thing to often use? Because I've heard a lot of people that it messes up your element's positioning on the site after advancing further

Are you sure you downgraded to the right version?Go to Steam -> Right Click on ETS2 -> Properties -> BETAS -> Choose "temporary_1.23.x" version and not "NONE-Opt out of all beta programs" or other options. Can you post a screenshot of you current version of the game?Thanks!

I'm gonna set a project goal aswell such as my youtube fan page or stuff like that. And thank you @Alvasor aswell! I might consider trying out some books but I feel they won't be that useful when technology grows that fast:)

Hello there! I've been into Web Designing for 2 years or so and I've tried to learn HTML/CSS but I could not because most of the sites I have tried to learn from, were only teaching theoretical parts ( What's a header/footer/nav/section/div etc.) so I lost my interest pretty easily because my brain was in all directions and I didn't knew what to do. I want to restart again with HTML/CSS and maybe PHP after but I don't know what to do so I can not lose my interest again. What I want to say is that I am looking for some sites that are also interactive with the reader, not only reading and falling asleep.For example, when you learn a new tag such as "div", let there be theoretical part but also a quiz/exercise at the end so your brain can memorize what you actually learned.It seems so hard to learn by yourself because the technology gets more complex.. Should I go to programming classes?Those of you who learned programming, how have you learned it? Alone on the internet? Have you paid for online tutorials? Have you paid for programming classes?Thank You and I hope this is not the wrong section!

What do you mean " it will only work 1/2 " ? What is your exact problem?Are there jobs shown?When you try to select a job, what is exactly not working?Can you give us more inforomation?

Are you sure you're downgrading to the correct version? If you go to Steam > Right Click on ETS2 > Properties and Go to BETAS, It should say temporary_1.23.x and NOT " NONE - OPT OUT OF ALL BETAS " or other options. A screenshot would be really helpful

Game was meant to be on 64-bits so I'm pretty sure it is not going to ever downgrade from it's initial state

It seems you have a problem with quoting and we can not completely understand what you are trying to reply. How have you lost your save exactly?I'm completely overwhelmed by this situation.

Can you post a screenshot or talk in depth about the exact error? We can't give a corect answer based on your question as it is too general. Is it because a bad version of the game?Have you added any mods to it?What content have you uploaded?

Is there any error showing when you're trying to load the save? Can you give us some more info, a screenshot maybe? Thanks!

As it says right there, you need to downgrade in order to play in multiplayer. To do so, follow my steps: Go to Steam --> Right Click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 --> Go To Properties --> BETAS --> Choose 1.23.x Version. Give us a feedback if it worked or not

Have you resolved the problem? Don't forget to pick the best answer! If not, from what I know, you have 2 alternatives: A. ( Directly from the game config ) 1. Go to My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles and find your profile - if you only have one profile it'll be the only one, otherwise you'll have to work out which one you want.2. Open the config.cfg in the profile folder in your text editor of choice (e.g. notepad).3. Look for the line uset g_force_economy_reset "0" - change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.4. Now start ETS2MP and load your profile. You should receive a message saying "Game change detected", etc. Your economy will now have been reset.5. Lastly, exit again and change that 1 back to a 0 in your config.cfg, otherwise it'll reset every time you start the game. B.( Directly from the game via the in-game console ) 1. Go to My Documents\Eurotruck Simulator 2\profiles and find your profile 2. Open the config.cfg in the profile folder and open with Notepad/wordpad 3. Look for uset g_developer "0" 4. Look for uset g_console "0" 5. Change the "0" to a "1" 6. Save the file (NOT save as) 7. Load your game and profile 8. Press ` key 9. Type in "uset g_force_economy_reset "1" 10. Save your game and exit 11. Reload the game and your recent saved profile 12. Open the console by pressing the ` key and pressing the up arrow 13. Repeat step 9 but change the "1" to a "0" 14. Repeat Step 11, 12 & 13 15. You should now get the "Game change detected" message 16. Your economy should now be reset

Exactly. As God said, the only Graphics Mod compatible with ETS2 is called SweetFX and this is all that I have came across so far which also adds some realism physics . http://truckmods.org/best-physics-sweetfx-combo/ ( hope there's nothing bad of sharing the mod source ? )

And one important thing you should notice is that you are not able to drive the car on EU#1 or use any police attachments or you will automatically get kicked

There's a difference between a DLC and a Mod. For example, promods is NOT a DLC. DLC ( Downloadable Content ) refers only to official content added to the game which some of them need to be paid in order to be played. All DLC's ( except the last one with the flags ) are compatible with the Multiplayer ( Scandinavia, Going East , High Power Cargo , Paintjobs etc etc. )

Hello @DeathTornado1 . The correct version to play on Multiplayer is indeed, as you said, 1.2x . We would need further information regarding your problem.Is it happening only when you're starting the Multiplayer Launcher or does it also happens when trying to start the game itself? ( SinglePlayer )

I think the problem is that you have missed a letter or a number from your profile. Make sure there is no missing text

As a lot of people said before, you need to downgrade. To do so, you just go to steam, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Right Click -> Properties -> Betas -> And select "1.23x" and play!

Try Right Clicking on the Game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache and try again after. If not, a fast reinstall might help, considering the game is not that big. Good Luck!

You might want to test Arizona on single player because it will take some time untill the big update
