  1. Okay, I understand. Thanks for your help guys!
  2. I don't normally use the forum account as of late, which is why I only recently learned of the security issue in February 2016. If it were possible, I'd like to see my forum account either deleted or hidden from search query/public view or view by guests (not signed in), for my personal concerns. Thank you.
  3. I will just point this out- In the rules you are allowed to enter the intersection when a light is red, if the intersection is clear and no truck is near. This shouldn't mean you should barrel through the light. Okay, maybe TAB menu says nobody there, or you're in a hurry, but the reason you're allowed to run light is because you're supposed to check. It kind of poses another question. Sometimes when i stop at a light red and then go I get fined, but sometimes I don't; what does that mean?
  4. Yes I think you're right, other trucks with content must contribute. I'll try to modify other player settings in MP. But if I am with other trucks and they despawn to leave me by myself on road, my framerate is still sub-par. I'm not sure if there's memory loss or some problem there.
  5. I think I can agree that a lot of people drive max limiter speed of 110 km/h. However they'll keep driving that way until they learn the dangers; i.e. crashing. I sometimes follow limits but most of the time I'm 60 in city, 90 single-lane, and 100 highway as I feel it should be acceptible to push limits due to lack of traffic. Anyway, if someone is acting like an idiot behind you, pay no mind or file a report if they become erratic. Most single-lane roads provide places to overtake so the fault lies with them. I guess a certain level of maturity is in play here when it comes to this, being able to control truck but drive responsibly
  6. Hi everyone! Up until last week, I haven't had any FPS issues unless I encounter a dense area of players. However, I've noticed a re-occurring problem. Every time I play, after 20-30 minutes of playing, my frame rate drops. I normally play maxxed settings so I tried lowering them, but I still get a framerate drop. It falls near 30 FPS when it happens, and stays that way for seemingly the rest of the time I play. If I restart, it "resets." I'm not sure if there's a mysterious frame cap initiating 30 minutes in or something. I have an XFX brand AMD R9 270X with 2 GB of vram, 8 GB of computer ram, and an Intel I5-4440K processor. Thanks for your advice!
  7. Someone suggested virtual worlds for multiplayer a little while ago, and it's going to be implemented eventually. You could drag race or create a circuit in the streets of Europe on virtual world.
  8. Yeah you're right he did post this twice...
  9. I think the best of both world system would be to have a server-side money track system, so that players are discouraged from cheating how much money they have so they can drive and ram or break all the laws without making much dent in their wallet.
  10. Other is a nice option, but people might start using "other" too much instead of the other options. Since point of the specific reason choices instead of the previous "/report playername reason" system is to speed up report process.
  11. Normally I would think I'm just missing a name, but in places like Rotterdam I've only been able to scroll so much before being unable to find who I'm looking for, even if they're stationary nearby. I could be crazy though
  12. Suggestion Name: Search option in TAB menu Suggestion Description: Upon pressing tab, a field for typing in a player's name or ID# is available as one of the buttons or something similar. When any characters are typed, the list will be replaced with search results. If they are out of the distance range, their name will not disappear (IF POSSIBLE WOULD BE GOOD). Any example images: Why should it be added?: It has come to my attention, that not all names fit on the list. Maybe this deserves its own suggestion, but it's obvious to me not all players are on it when I analyze every person's name and the truck next to me doesn't show up. Additionally, players constantly coming and going, making the list modify itself in busy areas, and especially with the point-click report system, it's nearly impossible to locate a player if I need to report/access their profile, and it's agitating. Unless the old text-based reporting is re-implemented or more names are compensated on the list, this is a must. Thank you!
  13. What we really need is a proximity no-collision. You start the game without collisions and they stay off if another truck is within a certain distance, until you are isolated adequately enough to have collisions again. This solves the problem of logging in somewhere popular, so you don't make another person hit you but ALSO you don't get stuck in another driver.
  14. Honestly players with 200 ping are not an issue. Players with 300+ maybe, but you can easily avoid players with high ping by........driving around them. You can pass almost everywhere in Europe except in the cities, where there are multiple pathways to the same place. I live in the USA and usually get a ping of 100 or 110 but sometimes I end up with 180 so if you're saying half the time I play I should be banned from the server then no thanks. Maybe the ping limit is too high but no lower than 400.
