Hey there!
As TruckersMP uses its own mod manager, you won't see any active mods in the in-game mod manager once you launch TruckersMP. However, if you have all the required ProMods v1.1.1 (make sure you have this version installed) files in your American Truck Simulator mod folder (not in TruckersMP mod folder as Grimes’ winter mod requires), ProMods should be working just fine now.

Hello there,
Yes, it's totally allowed to use the free camera to fly around the map. There are no limitations set for the console (or free camera) as most of the commands don't work in multiplayer. For instance, when playing in multiplayer it's not possible to spawn your truck by pressing F9. So as the commands and functions that could possible cause trouble in multiplayer have been removed from the console, you can use the free camera with no hesitation.
And as mentioned in a message above, you can use the free camera to check TruckersMP ID if you notice someone breaking the rules and you didn't manage to catch his/her ID, for example. However, bear in mind that you cannot just fly around the map with the free camera to report everyone who breaks the rules (like, for example, a Game Moderator could possibly do) as that's against the rules.

Hey there,
As you've already tried to reset your email address and password for multiple times, I wouldn't try to do that again anymore. As mentioned above, ensuring the you're using the right Steam account - the one that has been linked to your TruckersMP profile - is something that you should give a try.
If the problem still occurs after ensuring that you're using the correct Steam account, you should try to delete the Steam_api.dll file as it might be corrupted for a reason or another. To do so, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. First of all, head over to the installation folder of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator).
If you don't know how to get to there, please read the instructions below:
Spoiler1. First, go to your Steam library and right-click on "Euro Truck Simulator 2" (or American Truck Simulator).
2. Then, select “Properties”.
3. After that, choose the third tab “Local Files”.
4. Finally, click on “Browse the local files”.
Now, you should be able to see and copy the game path (e.g. “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2”).
2. Once you’re in the folder where your game files are located in, please delete the folder called "bin".
3. After that, verify the game files.
If you’re not fully aware of how to do so, again, please read the instructions below:
Spoiler1. First, go to your Steam library and right-click on “Euro Truck Simulator 2” (or American Truck Simulator).
2. Then, select on “Properties”.
3. After that, select the third tab called “Local Files”.
4. Finally, choose “Verify integrity of game files” and wait until the progression is done.
Once you’ve done all these steps, open up TruckersMP launcher and try if you're finally able to log in.

Too bad the official TruckersMP events are always on Sunday evenings when I'm not able to attend them. The last Real Ops was amazingly organized and I was really hoping to be able to attend this one, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible. Anyway, I'm still very excited to see the "random events" of Real Ops 8 on YouTube and of course, I hope that everyone who attends the event has fun!

This issue also occurs when your Steam_api.dll file is corrupted (and that file being corrupted is one of the most likely reasons for that problem). In order to fix that file, please follow these instructions:

If you want to get all the map expansions released so far, I'd highly recommend buying this bundle as by buying it you get everything 15% cheaper than by buying all those DLC's separately. Also as you may have noticed, Euro Truck Simulator 2 has got a huge amount of DLC's (full list of them) and most of them are just country paint job packs which you may find a bit unnecessary to own. The most 'important' DLC's (required for many map modifications, for example) can be found from the linked bundle. As siad, there's no way to get new, upcoming map expansions without buying them separately (SCS releases usually one map expansion a year), but by having a look at the linked bundle you should always be able to see whether a new map expansion has been released or not.

You don't need to be afraid of being "cheated" while trying to fix the raining issue with the instructions given by Creathy as it's not possible to get more money or experience via the game console. If you only want to get rid of the rain, I'd still suggest you to follow the instructions as carefully as possible because it's possible to do lot of other things with the console as well (most of them, however, only work in single player). For further information about the game console, you can always have a look at this video:

For questions about TruckersMP itself, you can ask them on #support channel or alternatively, you can send a private message to "TruckersMP ModMail#8846" on Discord and a member of staff will give an answer to you. So #general is for all kind of discussions while the #support channel is only for questions about TruckersMP (and in your case, you would have probably gotten an answer to your question there pretty quickly).
But should you also note that TruckersMP has got its own support system for all kind of questions about TruckersMP, and for example, questions related to email, password and two-factor authentication can be only dealt there (if you want a detailed answer from a support team member, I highly recommend sending a support ticket).

Hello there,
Have you already tried whether you and your friend are able to take a new job now without being kicked? If you can, I'd guess the kick was caused by one of the following reasons:
- you were away from you keyboard for over 10 minutes (as already mentioned),
- your lights were turned off during night,
- you were kicked for "unreliable connection".
It's also possible that the server had a temporarily crash, but it's pretty unlikely. Anyway, if you're now able to take jobs without being kicked, there isn't anything you need to worry about as kicks don't affect your player history in any way. And in order you still get kicked when trying to take a new job, please update this topic with the text that appears when getting kicked.

A short answer to your question is that your cargo should be indeed visible for everyone.
Also, I got an impression that you’re using a third-party job generator (Virtual Speditor etc.), but are you aware of that TruckersMP has its own job generator (”Truck Job Dispatcher”) as well?
