      The thing on top is my Steam Purchase Record. I registered and installed ETS2MP in less than 5 minutes after the purchase.

    Found a solution and I may not be called a "Lagger"Sprint any more by using a VPN before launching the server ! Maybe a little difficult and costs a bit but it really works :）
