Ahh i checked the forums for this problem and i understand that the only way to solve it to reinstall the game and start again from the beginning i play since 2013 (almost 6 years) and that doesn"t seems very nice to me so.. this is the and for me bye bye ets2 (rip ets2 2013-2018)

  hmm yes but my internet conection is metered (with mb) because i have litle problems and i think will take too much mb + i have to reinstall mp too but i don't have file opener + i have never reinstall a game and it seems a bit hard so..

  You don't need to upload your profile you just go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles and make a copy of your profile before reinstalling the game.
  
  Make sure to check if ETS2 works in single player as it could just be a multiplayer launcher issue. If single player works then reinstall the TruckersMP files.
  
  If single player doesn't work then you will just need to redownload the files should you want to play again or try to verify your game files to see if it fixes.
