Damn, all I see is please use the correct formatting 24/7, lighten up a bit. On the ideas which are good they're just like boom headshot rejected. I don't understand how people moderator and keep posting follow correct formatting yet there are about three pages of ban reports to be completed. What the OP has suggested is a very good idea, but unfortunately it most likely won't happen. I don't think we need a system as such, I think we just need a better set of guidelines for these "moderators" to follow. Treat others how you want to be treated, which should be equally and fairly.

The OP has highlighted the following points which seems to have been ignored by multiple users. Can someone remove his information from the servers, eg; Steam information. Rather than ignore the question, state he must talk to a developer. Why isn't a strike system? Everyone seems to focus on the fact he's used speedhacking and nothing else. Why do most people in power only read one line of a whole post rather than replying to the entire thing?

'Normal users' good way to differentiate between staff and us. I don't see why everyone can't have a colour. Example, red for admins, green for moderators and blue for members of the community. Doubt any of this will happen, in the PM i sent the CM's and Devs, they didn't seem to care two hoots. If I had the the opportunity I'd make this community feel as one and add features which would make it more enjoyable. Before anyone says staff are selected, I know that. Ask Truckdriver what he thinks of me and the PM's I've sent to the CMs/Devs if I'm worthy.

I made a topic on this to gauge users feedback, I think it's required and needed. I also put this idea among others directly in a PM to the developers and CM's, Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears.

That doesn't happen in real life so why should it happen here, the police have to provide evidence to convict you. I don't think we should use the approach your guilty unless you can prove your innocence. I think it should be the admin has to have evidence that the user was committing a crime/problem to warrant a ban/kick. Hi, Not to sound like an arse, I think it's completely fair to ask for evidence. In real life they wouldn't lock you up without evidence. I believe in a fair system, and before someone says it's just a trucking simulator, that's besides the point. ~ UnknownAX.

Unfortunately there is a time sync difference, I'm not sure why but time on multiplayer is slower than single player. Which means your drivers don't earn as much, I'm not sure if this can or will be fixed. Regards, ~ UnknownAX.

I have an iMac, in all honestly I would use bootcamp to install windows on another partition. So then you have Mac and Windows running. I agree with this and I have also suggested this to some admins in a PM. I feel that if one admin has banned the user, it should then be down to another admin to view the users appeal so it's completely independent and the user has a fair trial. For example, if a police officer arrests someone, then the evidence is gathered and they're taken to court. A judge will then look at the evidence and convict the user, the same goes for an appeal. What I'm saying we should do is if a user appeals a completely independent admin will look at the evidence and make a decision on the users ban. Kind Regards ~ UnknownAX

I think you meant to say we already have a feature on the forums built in where you can report a post/topic. A week ban is a little lengthy just for talking about a limiter. I'm not stating that all of you don't care, just a few. I think a few are only here for the chance to have a few more commands as their power hungry? There's a few staff members who I don't exactly see do an awful lot.
