I just clearly asked it.....

What if someone got banned already on the IP I'm actually connected to? If I got banned, I'd submit a report and provide a proof that I was connected and was allowed to play on the current WiFi I'm using? (Hotel hotspots)

If I did, they might it include it as spam tho, and I don't know who I can get a direct help from,

Keep in mind that there's such thing as lag, somewhere as I see some streamers look like boosting but their actually not, 

I usually make my truck at 750 HP mod scania, with the right single transmission and it's dam quick with my manual thing, goes about 0-100 in about 3/4 seconds, also if the chasis spins like real quick and they hazard blinkers blinks real quick, their using a speed hack and some sort of the thing, I've been seeing people in Calais-Duisburg road with like fast blinkers, fast truck with a heavy ton trailer pack and it's already obvious that their speed hacking, haha, also recommended to take your camera out and if you wanna know if their really are, enable the free cam, look at the chasis, if both weels are spinning like quick, their speed hacking and if their cabin goes up to a thing like a wheelie, also I don't think theres such thing as speed hacking anymore, except NCZ hack, the rest not sure tho,
